The sole purpose of this company is to change that feeling for each of our clients.There are several things we do in order to make that happen, but the main things we do are 1) listen and 2) care !
We are never in a position of trying to make someone do anything...we provide information and advice for people who want to maximize their opportunity and minimize the time spent on it.
Our clients are busy people with many other things that need to be attended to. They do not have the time or the patience for the dealership routine...they want to know:

They do not want to spend one minute more than they have to, but they want to have all of the information necessary in order to make the best decision.
They will not settle for hoping for a positive outcome, and their time is too valuable to be wasted on car salesmen.
We specialize in assisting clients with such time-consuming tasks as developing a budget based on 'which car will make you happiest', exploring vehicle options at the price point, researching financing options, deciding what is best for individual situations, investigating vehicle histories, negotiating pricing, arranging test-drives, and facilitating and streamlining the buying experience. We also assist some clients with the tedious and invasive process of selling their own vehicles, a necessary step in the ongoing effort to escape the icy grip of depreciation.
